Ground Orders shipped to addresses in the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground shipping. The production schedule is 3 business days and transit time is 7 business days after payment is received. Refunds and Returns Customer satisfaction is paramount with Fuzhen 3. In all cases we will try to ensure that all customers receive the service they deserve. In some instances it may be necessary for Fuzhen 3 to refund prints. Below are general guidelines that Fuzhen 3 follows in servicing our customers. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange a return . Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. The item must be returned undamaged in ANY way. Fuzhen 3 is not responsible for damage accrued to prints after they have been delivered and caused by the customer or a third party. Third parties may include but is not limited to framers, retail establishments, or an artist's customers. Conditions that are not acceptable reasons for return or refund include but is not limited to differences in color tones or hues than expected, direct exposure to the elements such as heat and moisture, late deliveries, or incorrectly submitted shipping addresses. Shipping & Delivery Shipping and handling are included in the price. Fuzhen 3 usually will have orders completed and delivered 10 business days. Customers that have not received their orders within 10 business days may contact Fuzhen3 for an order status check. Prints are insured for damage during shipping. All damages should be addressed to the shipping agency involved. Liability Fuzhen 3 is not liable for damage or injury to items, animals or people caused by the prints due to negligent, reckless, knowing or intentional actions by any person. By purchasing from Fuzhen 3, the customer assumes all responsibility for damages or injuries caused by the print once it reaches its shipping destination. Fuzhen 3 is not responsible for lost or damaged property shipped to Fuzhen 3 for refund.
